Home > Naches Links > Naches Friends of the Library 331 Craig Road Office Hours 9:00 - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday Membership is open to men, women and children. There are currently 39 members who participate in efforts to keep the library at the forefront of the community.
Friends promote, encourage and support the work of the local library in Naches through activities that include fundraising, gathering support for library projects, sponsoring special projects, and keeping the library in the forefront of the community. Friends groups are community members who care deeply about their libraries and who use their imaginations, energies and experiences to strengthen and expand library services. Activities may include the raising of funds for equipment, materials and other library projects which are not funded in the library's budget, sponsoring of culturally enriching community programs such as talks, exhibits, films, book clubs, etc.; and fostering support for the library in community outreach endeavors. Regular meetings are held the 2nd and 3rd Saturdays at 10:00am at the Naches library. Meetings are free and open to the public.
